Gin 30ml, Maraschino cherry liqueur 15ml, Lemon Juice 15ml, Egg 1 egg white
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice
As with many of the egg recipes, the drink is shaken twice, so add ice and shake again
Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with cream, and serve
