4.9 / 5
The Lavender French 75 is a fragrant twist on the classic French 75 cocktail, renowned for its sophisticated blend of botanical and citrus notes. This variant incorporates the delicate aroma of lavender through the inclusion of lavender syrup, which pairs harmoniously with the zesty freshness of lemon juice. The gin foundation introduces a complex juniper character, which is then exquisitely topped with the effervescence of champagne. Served in an elegant champagne glass, the Lavender French 75 offers a refined and aromatic drinking experience, perfect for celebrations or as a chic aperitif.

Not usually my go-to because I find cocktails too sweet, but this one suprised me. The hint of lavender is subtly refreshing and not overpowering, blending perfectly with the citrusy lemon and bubbly prosecco. It's balanced and not overly sweet at all. Worth trying!
