- Gin 360ml, Orange liqueur 120ml, Champagne / prosecco 120ml, Lemon Juice 180ml, Sugar / simple Syrup 120ml, Angostura Bitters Dash, Soda water 240ml

- Stir Genever, orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and Angostura Bitters in a bowl and then put into the refrigerator

- Leave to chill for at least two hours, before the champagne and club soda
