How to make a Pink Mojito

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Gold rum 60ml, Lime juice 30ml, Cranberry Juice 60ml, Mint Leaves 7, Sugar Teaspoon
Squeeze the lime into a cocktail shaker
Slightly crush the mint in your hand and add to the shaker
Add the sugar, cranberry juice and Bacardi
Fill the to the top with crushed ice, then shake until ice cold
Pour into a highball glass
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve
