Cocktails That Will Make You Scream!
Jump to
Its that time of year again! In a few weeks from now, young children will be dressing up and trick or treating, while older kids and adults huddle behind cushions and watch scary films! Halloween might not be quite the same this year, but there is no reason why you can't enjoy a delicious cocktail or two on the night we celebrate the souls of the dead.
Devils Blood
A cool combination of numerous spirits, Devil's Blood might taste amazing, but you can be sure that this is one deadly beverage! Made up of vodka, Jegermeister, Schnapps, spiced rum, sour apple and grenadine, it will taste sweet and delicious, like the forbidden fruit of hell!
Zombie Punch
Rum, rum and more rum, sweetened with a little lime juice, grapefruit juice and grenadine. Doesn't sound too awful does it? But beware of the final shot of absinthe, designed to lull you into a false sense of security before you wake up with a killer hangover and no knowledge of the events of the night before!
Rotten Pumpkin
This simple but delicious cocktail will take you back to your younger years. Supermarket shelves would be laden with pumpkin and you would spend hours carving the most horrendous face into the side of one. Then, before you know it, the pumpkin is rotting on the doorstep and the supermarket squash is long past it's best before date. Drink this beverage quickly, so it doesn't suffer the same fate! Since it is only made with orange juice and Sambuca, you should find it surprisingly tasty, so it won't be hard to consume before it goes off!
Vampiro
This cocktail takes a bit of work, but it is worth it just to see the look of shock on your friends faces when you reel off the ingredients list! Made up of tequila, honey, lime juice, tomato juice, orange juice and Worcester sauce, it might sound quite terrifying already! But once you finish the beverage with the final touches of finely chopped onion, chilli peppers and salt, you will be truly horrified! The strange ingredients actually combine to make something amazing, but only the bravest of souls will dare to try it!

Ghost in the Graveyard
This is certainly one creamy and delicious cocktail that will take you back to the days of walking through the graveyard on a full moon! The things you used to do to prove your worth to your friends might make you laugh now, but back then it was absolutely alarming. Made up of black vodka, creme de cacao and vanilla ice cream, with a sprinkle of nutmeg, this is the safer way to look for ghosts in the graveyard!
Halloween brings with it some very creative cocktail ideas, so this is your opportunity to flex your mixology muscle and make some amazing drinks!
