How to make a Thompson Tour 75

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Gin 30ml, Apricot brandy 10ml, Amaretto 10ml, Lemon liqueur 15ml, Maraschino cherry liqueur 10ml, Champagne / prosecco Top Up, Lemon juice 20ml, Gomme syrup 20ml, Lemon Zest
Soak the cherry in maraschino in the bottom of a champagne flute
Add all the other spirits, juice, a little grated lemon zest and syrup with ice into a shaker and shake well
Strain into a chilled champagne flute
Top up with chilled champagne, and serve
