Facebook Sky is a bright, tropical-leaning rum cocktail that sits in the creamy “blue” party-drink tradition: eye-catching colour, approachable sweetness, and a dessert-like finish. Rather than a storied classic with a fixed origin, it reads like a modern, playful creation designed to look as good as it tastes—something you’d order when you want a holiday vibe in a cocktail glass.
You’ll find white rum laying down a clean, lightly sweet base while blue curaçao brings a vivid citrus-orange sweetness that lifts the whole drink. Pineapple juice adds juicy tropical tang, keeping the profile from feeling flat and giving the sweetness some zip. Whipped cream and coconut milk soften the edges, turning the fruit and curaçao into a smooth, rounded sip with a rich, creamy texture that lingers.
Serve it when you’re in the mood for something fun, colourful, and indulgent—ideal for summer get-togethers, themed nights, or as a sweet alternative to sharper sours. It suits anyone who likes creamy tropical flavours and wants a cocktail that feels more like a treat than a test of your palate.

Ingredients
Cocktail Colin says:
White rum sets a light base while blue curaçao brings candied orange sweetness over lush pineapple juice, and whipped cream with coconut milk folds in a thick, silky tropical richness that lingers like a creamsicle. It works because the pineapple’s tang keeps the curaçao and dairy from turning cloying, making it ideal for drinkers who want a sweet, creamy, brightly colored rum dessert in a cocktail glass.
