Method
How to make a Angel's Blues

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
Shake for about 10 seconds, then pour into a wine glass and serve
~ Note that the proportion of grenadine is extremely important to the colour - a very little goes a long way. If you overdo it, you'll end up with a much darker purple colour, which will eventually separate into light and dark blue layers after a few minutes (this also happens to be quite a nice effect). ~
