How to make a Pastinaca

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Moisten the rim of a rocks glass and dip it in chilli salt (a blend of sea salt, chilli powder and a touch of cayenne pepper)
Then fill the glass with ice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well
Strain into the glass, garnish with a lime wheel and serve
