Method
How to make a Nomayo

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Gin 45ml, Aperol 15ml, Elderflower Liqueur 22.5ml, Champagne / prosecco 30ml, Lemon Juice 15ml
Add all ingredients (except the champagne) to a shaker, add ice and shake well
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Finish by floating the champagne on top
Garnish with an orange peel and serve
