Change measure

A variation of the Moscow Mule from the US, before vodka was so prevalent.

Method

Build the drink on ice in a highball glass, adding first the bourbon then the ginger beer and stirring. Then squeeze the lime and drop in the shell. Dash in the bitters and give it a quick stir before serving.
