Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
White rum 90ml, Lime juice 60ml, Pineapple juice 300ml, Orange juice 300ml, Ginger 1 teaspoon, Sugar 15ml, Mango 1
Put one small ripe mango in a blender and blend with the rest of the ingredients until smooth
Serve in highball glasses with crushed ice and garnish with a host of fruit slices and leaves
