How to make a Rum Daisy

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
White rum 30ml, Lemon juice 30ml, Soda water Dash, Grenadine 7.5ml
Place crushed ice into blender, (a third full)
Add lemon juice, grenadine and rum, then blend for half a minute and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Add a dash of chilled soda and add cherries and pineapple chunks to garnish before serving
