How to make a Peach Bellini

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
White rum 60ml, Champagne / prosecco 30ml, Peach 1
Add all ingredients to a blender with ice
Blend until slushy
Pour into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a peach slice and serve
