How to make a Cookie Monster

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Overproof rum 15ml, Bailey's 15ml, Coffee liqueur 15ml
Add the Kahlúa to a rocks glass, then slowly add the Baileys Irish Cream so top so it forms a layer
Then carefully float the Bacardi 151 on the very top
Set the Bacardi on fire for a nice effect before blowing out to serve
