Mermaid Mule cocktail recipe
- 60ml Vodka
- 30ml Lime juice
- 15ml Ginger Beer
- 30ml Blue Curaçao
Add vodka, blue curaçao, and lime juice to a glass and stir to combine. Fill glass with ice and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime slice and umbrella, and serve.

This cocktail is made up of vodka, orange juice and lemon juice which are combined and then layered with grenadine and blue curacao.
Colombia cocktail recipe
- 60ml Vodka
- 180ml Orange juice
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Grenadine
- 30ml Blue Curaçao
Add the vodka, orange juice and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Slide in the grenadine down one edge of the glass, then slide in the blue curaçao down the other side, which should settle in between the orange mixture and the red grenadine. Then it's ready to serve.

- 20ml Coconut rum
- 20ml Lime juice
- 50ml Pineapple Juice

- 20ml Dark rum
- 40ml White rum
- 10ml Grenadine
- 20ml Banana liqueur
Layer ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice. Add grenadine slowly at the end to one side to let it slide into the bottom for fancy look. Garnish with a cherry and serve.

Fuzzy Melon cocktail recipe
- 90ml Vodka
- 30ml Peach Schnapps
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 90ml Orange juice
- 30ml Watermelon Liqueur
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted. Strain into large chilled cocktail glass and serve.

Tequila Sunrise cocktail recipe
- 90ml Orange juice
- 45ml Tequila
- 15ml Grenadine
Half fill a highball glass with ice cubes and pour in the tequila. Top up with orange juice and give the cocktail a stir. Once mixed pour in the grenadine, which should sink to the bottom, colouring the rest of the drink on its way down. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
