How to make a Apple Mojito

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Apple rum 90ml, Lemon-lime soda 150ml, Mint leaves 4, Lime Half, Sugar 2 teaspoons
Muddle the lime, sugar and mint leaves in the glass for aproximately a minute, then fill halfway with crushed ice and add the apple rum
Stir a little so that the mint leaves rise, add the lemon and lime soda, then top with crushed ice
Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves and serve
