How to make a French Colada

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
White rum 30ml, Cognac 20ml, Creme de cassis 10ml, Pineapple juice 30ml, Cream 20ml, Coconut cream 20ml
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake well for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
