Kerasi sits firmly in the modern fruit-forward spritz family: a vodka-led, sparkling cocktail that leans into orchard and stone-fruit flavours with a celebratory Champagne-glass serve. Rather than a long, well-documented classic, it reads like a contemporary party drink built for easy sipping—bright, aromatic, and lifted by bubbles—where the focus is squarely on juicy flavour and a festive finish.
You’ll find peach vodka and peach liqueur set a plush, ripe peach core, while cherry brandy and cherry juice deepen it with dark-fruit sweetness and a gentle, rounded warmth. Lemon juice cuts through the fruit with clean acidity, keeping the profile lively instead of cloying. Topped with Champagne or prosecco, the sparkle lightens the texture and pulls the peach-and-cherry notes upward, so each sip finishes crisp and refreshing.
Serve it when you want something that feels like a toast but drinks like a fruit cocktail—ideal for brunches, celebrations, and aperitif moments. If you enjoy bellinis, kir royales, or any bubbly drink with a sweeter, juicier edge, this is squarely in your lane, especially when you want an easy crowd-pleaser that still feels a little special.

Ingredients
Cocktail Colin says:
Peach vodka and peach liqueur lead with ripe stone-fruit sweetness, while cherry brandy and cherry juice add a darker, jammy cherry layer; lemon juice brightens and tightens the fruit, and Champagne/prosecco lifts everything into a brisk, bubbly finish. It works because the citrus snap and sparkling dryness keep the peach-and-cherry richness from feeling syrupy, making it ideal for spritz lovers who want a bold, fruity, celebratory pour.

FAQ's
Can I substitute champagne with another sparkling wine in the Kerasi cocktail?
Yes, you can substitute champagne with another sparkling wine like cava or prosecco if champagne is not available. The key is to use a dry sparkling wine to maintain the balance of flavors in the Kerasi cocktail.
What type of garnish works best with a Kerasi cocktail?
A Kerasi cocktail is best garnished with a cherry or a peach slice. These garnishes complement the fruit flavors of the drink and add an elegant touch when served in a champagne glass.
What is the ideal temperature to serve the Kerasi cocktail?
The Kerasi cocktail should be served cold. Ideally, chill the champagne glass before serving and ensure that all ingredients, especially the champagne or prosecco, are well chilled to enhance the refreshing quality of the drink.
Should the Kerasi cocktail be shaken or stirred?
The Kerasi cocktail should be shaken, not stirred. Shaking the ingredients, especially the lemon juice, cherry brandy, cherry juice, peach vodka, and peach liqueur, helps to properly mix them and achieve a smooth texture. The champagne or prosecco should be added last and gently stirred to preserve its bubbles.
How does the alcohol content in a Kerasi cocktail compare to a standard glass of wine?
A standard glass of wine typically has an alcohol content of about 12%. The Kerasi cocktail, with an alcohol content of 20.92%, is significantly stronger. Enjoy responsibly, as it contains more alcohol than a single glass of wine.
