How to make a Spiced Port & Brandy Punch

Serves 4 · Takes 5 minutes
Brandy 180 ml, Ruby Port 750 ml, Cider 500 ml, Cranberry Juice 250 ml, Orange juice 100 ml, Honey 2 tbsp, Cinnamon 2 sticks, Cloves 4-5 cloves, Star Anise 1 star, Orange 1, sliced, Lemon 1, sliced
In a large pot or slow cooker, combine the ruby port, brandy, apple cider, cranberry juice, and fresh orange juice
Stir in the honey or brown sugar to taste
Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and orange and lemon slices
Warm over low heat, allowing it to gently simmer for 20-30 minutes, being careful not to let it boil
Ladle into mugs, ensuring each serving includes a slice of citrus and a few cranberries
Garnish with an extra cinnamon stick if desired
