I used gin because that was the main spirit for the competition.
Pour all the ingredients apart from cassis in the glass, stir for one minute. Double strain into martini glass, pour slowly the cassis to reach the bottom of the glass. Garnish with lychee flowers.
The gin I used in my recipe was 30 ml Haymans and 20 ml Empress.
