Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Lime juice 7.5ml, Tonic water 180ml
Fill a wide mouth tumbler halfway with ice cubes
Add tequila Viejo, the juice of half a lime, then sparkling water to fill
Add sweetener to taste
Stir and serve
~ Using aged tequila for this drink is better - Viejo rather than Reposado. This recipe uses sweetener to add sweetness but not calories. ~
