Change measure

The Barracuda is made from gold rum, Galliano liqueur, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice, topped with Prosecco.

Method

Add rum, Galliano, and juices with ice to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass, top with Prosecco, and serve.
