A little bit of preparation in making the cider honey syrup goes a long way in this delicious winter spiced cocktail.
Method
First you need to make the cider honey syrup. In a small saucepan simple gently heat through the honey, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and orange juice until it starts to bubble. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
Once cooled, add one and a half tablespoons of cider honey syrup and the bourbon together in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass before topping up with Prosecco. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and serve.
