Method

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Put the lemon juice and the syrup in the glass and mix them together
Add ice, sparkling water, then fill up the glass with a beer
Then gently stir a few times, being careful to save the bubbles, and serve
~ The amount of beer is not etched in stone, how much you add will strongly depend on you taste, how beery/alcoholic you wish it to be, and how big your glass is. It is preferable to use lager over any other kind of beer. ~
