Apple schnapps 15ml, Tequila Reposado 60ml, Lime juice 15ml, Apple Juice 30ml, Sugar / simple Syrup Teaspoon, Chilli peppers 2 slices
Muddle the red chilli slices into the base of a cocktail shaker before adding the other ingredients
Shake well with ice before straining into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with another chilli pepper and serve
