How to make a La Pinela

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Tequila Blanco 45ml, Vanilla liqueur 15ml, Lime juice 15ml, Pineapple Juice 45ml, Cinnamon syrup 7.5ml, Sugar 2 Tablespoons, Cinnamon Tablespoon
Rim a lowball glass by wiping a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dipping it into the cinnamon and sugar powder mix
Next shake up the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into the lowball glass
Garnish with a lime wedge and serve
