White rum 60ml, Nutmeg Pinch, Honey 10ml, Butter Teaspoon
Add the honey to the bottom of a Irish coffee glass
Add the other ingredients then top up with boiling water
Give it a good stir to combine, garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lemon wheel studded with cloves, then serve
