This was a hit with the ladies, when I used to make it at my club. The drink goes a neon pink colour! Tastes really nice too.

Method

Put a shot of white sambuca into a tall glass with lots of ice. Add a good splash of lemonade, then a few drops of blackcurrant. Give it a stir, and serve.
