Sambuca can be a bold flavor but the coffee liquer, in my use kahlua, rounds it out. The recipe doesn't call for a garnish although the webpage overall does. I agree, a cream on top would be delicious. Good addition, fun to try. Sweet like candy, don't skip the ice.
