- Shake well for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted

- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with a little ice

- Garnish with some whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder before serving

Sambuca can be a bold flavor but the coffee liquer, in my use kahlua, rounds it out. The recipe doesn't call for a garnish although the webpage overall does. I agree, a cream on top would be delicious. Good addition, fun to try. Sweet like candy, don't skip the ice.
