Method
How to make a Southern Irish

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Muddle four lime wedges with three spoonfuls of brown sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker
Add the Southern Comfort and limoncello into the lime and sugar mix
Add ice and shake well
Pour into a pint glass (leaving all ice and lime wedges in) and drizzle the Midori over the top
Garnish with a lime wedge and serve
