Method
How to make a Midori Spark

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake well
Pour into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a paper thin slice of lemon and mint leaf and serve
~ To make the sour mix, take the juice of four lemons (heat them in microwave first to get more juice), add two teaspoons of sugar melted in equal amount of boiling water and one egg white. Blend all ingredients together and mix well. Store in the fridge. ~
