Cocktails for Dancing

It’s November – the countdown to the most festive month of the year is almost here! Sounds like an excuse to go dancing to us! But which cocktails will best get you in the mood for a night on the tiles? We’ve picked out some of our favourite dance-inspired cocktails for you. So get your dancing shoes on, baby! It’s party time!

Dancing Dolly

Is there any other spirit in the world that makes you want to dance more than Malibu? Just the mention of that coconut rum makes you want to wiggle your hips! That’s why it’s the perfect addition to the Dancing Dolly cocktail. Combined with vodka, peach schnapps, and lemonade, this is a delicious, fruity mix and the perfect accompaniment to the dancefloor.

Tango Mango

Another rum-based drink, Tango Mango prefers white rum like Bacardi for your dancing escapades. This is a drink that is best enjoyed before you hit the dancefloor, as it comes in a cocktail glass, making it easy to spill! But once you’ve had a taste of this blend of white rum, lemon juice, soda water, grenadine, and mango juice, you’ll be strutting your stuff like a pro!

Ballet Russe

A drink with real poise and grace, Ballet Russe will appeal to those who prefer a more refined style of dancing. There are some beautiful ingredients in this drink, as you might expect. Made of vodka, crème de cassis, lime juice, and sugar syrup, this is a delicate, sweet drink that will have you pirouette-ing your way to the dancefloor.

Moonwalk

Whether you’re a Michael Jackson fan or not, you’ve probably practised the moonwalk at some point in your life. If you’ve not mastered the dance, you might be better at creating the cocktail! This delicious drink includes Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, champagne, grapefruit juice, and a dash of rose water. Enjoy one or two of these, and you might be able to moonwalk after all!

Dancing Mexican

Grab a sombrero because things just got spicy! The Dancing Mexican cocktail is a great choice for a Mexican-themed party and is sure to bring out some cool dance moves in you! Of course, it includes tequila, as well as green Chartreuse, orange juice and a little Tabasco sauce. If you can handle this drink, then you can handle anything the dancefloor has to throw at you!

After one or two of these cocktails, you’ll soon be dancing like nobody’s watching! Get ready to bust-a-move on the floor and have the night of your life!
