- Mix the Bacardi and curaçao together and set aside

- Pour the grenadine into the glass and fill with ice

- Add the orange juice, leaving room in the glass

- Pour the Bacardi and curaçao mixture slowly over the top giving it a layered look

- Garnish with an orange slice and cherry and serve

- Add grenadine slowly at the end to one side to let it slide into the bottom for fancy look

- Build all ingredients in a highball glass with ice and stir

- Add the egg white, bourbon, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice

- Shake well for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted
