1. Santa's Stiff Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
Method

- In a saucepan over a low heat, add the milk, honey, sugar and one cinnamon stick

- Grate the chocolate into this mix and cook until the chocolate has melted

- Add a couple of drop of vanilla essence and the rum
-
- Whisk up the mixture before straining into the glass
-
- Garnish by floating some mini marshmallows on top and serve
2. Winter Waltz
Ingredients
Method

- Add the whisky, amaro, allspice and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice
-
- Shake firmly until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted, before straining into a chilled martini glass

- Garnish with a star anise and serve
3. Mince pie martini
Ingredients
Method

- First make a mincemeat syrup
-
- Heat the sugar with mincemeat and water
-
- Bring to the boil before cooling and straining
-
- Dampen the edges of a cocktail glass with the mincemeat syrup, before dipping in some mixed spice to rim the glass
-
- In a cocktail shaker add the mincemeat syrup with the gin, vermouth and dark rum with ice and shake for 20 seconds
-
- Strain into the cocktail glass and serve
4. Campfire Crackle
Ingredients
Method

- In a heatproof jug, combine the whisky and crème de cassis
-
- In a small pan, gently warm the apple and ginger juice with the cinnamon sticks for 15 minutes, taking care not to let it simmer
-
- Pour the warm juice into the jug and stir to combine

- Serve in heatproof mugs while still warm
5. Rudolph's Red Nose
Ingredients
Method

- In a large pan, heat the red wine, triple sec, orange juice, cranberry juice, sugar syrup and cinnamon for about seven minutes or until it begins to steam

- Take off the heat, add the almond extract and brown sugar and keep stirring until they are dissolved

- Serve in latte glasses or mugs
6. Christmas Eve
Ingredients
Method

- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard

- Strain the drink into a martini glass using a fine strainer
-
- Garnish with a twist of lemon zest and serve
7. Crimbopolitan
Ingredients
Method

- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until well-chilled
-
- Fine-strain into a martini glass and garnish with flamed orange peel, if desired
8. Christmas snowball
Ingredients
Method

- Moisten the rim the highball glass with water and then roll in sugar
-
- Into a cocktail shaker with ice, add the ginger syrup with advocaat and shake for 10-15 seconds
-
- Strain into the ice-filled highball glass and top up with the Babycham before serving
9. Silk Stocking
Ingredients
Method

- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice
-
- Shake well then strain into chilled cocktail glass
-
- Garnish with a light dusting of groud cinnamon and serve
10. Christmas Snowstorm
Ingredients
Method

- Chill a Champagne saucer or martini glass
-
- Shake or mix the vodka, advocaat, and lime juice with ice, then strain into the chilled glass
-
- Add a splash of chilled lemonade and garnish with a maraschino cherry or frozen raspberry
11. Tequila Snowfall Sunrise
Ingredients
Method

- Pour the tequila, then the orange liqueur, orange juice and cranberry juice into a hurricane glass with ice (in that order)

- Gently pour the pomegranate syrup into the glass, before adding a squeeze of lime
-
- Serve with a biodegradable straw and wedge of orange or slightly tacky umbrella
12. Moscow Reindeer
Ingredients
Method

- Muddle the mint leaves in a bottom of the glass with a little crushed ice
-
- Top up with the crushed ice before pouring in the vodka and lime juice
-
- Top up with ginger beer and stir
-
- Garnish with a couple of mint leaves and add a biodegradable straw before serving
13. Nutcracker
Ingredients
Method

- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vanilla vodka, Frangelico, and almond milk
-
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then strain into a glass
-
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with nutmeg or a cinnamon stick, if desired
