How to make a Fisherman's Folly

Serves 1 · Takes 5 minutes
Gin 30 ml, Sake 45 ml, Pickle juice 15 ml, Grapefruit juice 15 ml, Green tea ¼ tsp (User a 1/4 tsp of matcha green tea powder), Fish sauce 1 tsp (Diluted with 1 tsp water for spritzing)
Prepare a rocks glass by rubbing a 2-inch-wide strip of grapefruit peel around the rim, then dipping it into kosher salt to create a salted rim
In a small spritz bottle, combine 1 teaspoon of fish sauce with 1 teaspoon of water and spritz the bottom of the prepared glass once with this solution
Fill the glass with ice
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1½ ounces of sake, 1 ounce of gin, ½ ounce of pickle juice, ½ ounce of fresh grapefruit juice, and ¼ teaspoon of matcha tea powder
