How to make a Barbell Bellini

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
In a shaker, muddle the pineapple pieces with rosemary syrup and sugar
Add tequila, coffee liqueur, and egg white

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled
Double strain into a cocktail glass
