Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Tequila añejo 90ml, Grenadine Teaspoon, Cream 30ml, Vanilla essence Teaspoon, Egg 1 egg white
Put ice into a cocktail shaker
Add tequila, grenadine, vanilla and cream over ice and add the egg white
Shake well
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with a cocktail cherry to serve
