Change measure

Super fresh drink, expanding the friendly Irish whiskey taste with some cucumber and elderflower. Excellent as a summer drink, if you prefer to stick to the whiskey.

Method

Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously. Fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice and serve.
