Method
How to make a Anejo highball

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Add the rum, orange curaçao, lime juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well
Strain into a highball glass with ice and half the ginger beer, then top up with the rest of the ginger beer
Garnish with a couple of slices of orange or lime, and serve
