Be warned it tastes like pop (soda) and can get you very drunk! Delicious for summer! ~ Paul

Method
How to make a JC Special

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
Add crushed ice to the glass, then add one measure each of Tia Maria and Southern Comfort
Add Babycham (or any sparkling Perry) and a shot of lime cordial, and stir
Top up with lemonade, garnish with a lime and umbella, and serve
