I (Paul) discovered this drink in a little pub no longer there in my hometown called The Bowling Green Pub, it was named after the landlord John Carty and called a JC Special. Be warned it tastes like pop (soda) and can get you very drunk! Delicious for summer!

Method

A. Add crushed ice to the glass
B. then add 1 measure each of Tia Maria & Southern Comfort
C. Add Babycham (or any sparkling Perry)
D. A shot of lime either fresh or cordial
E Top up with lemonade to taste I fill it up (in a pint glass)
decorate (I used ice, lime and an umbrella with a straw) ......and enjoy
