Change measure
Named for its delightful colour and delicious taste, the smell of sweet honeycomb greets your nose as you raise your glass. The flavour is sweet and the lime adds just the right amount of sour.

Method

Pour the Drambuie, crème de cocoa and Irish whiskey into a brandy snifter over plenty of ice, and stir. Squeeze a slim lime wedge into the glass, drop the lime in and serve.
