For when you're out of Gosling's Black Seal, or when you feel that your variation of Dark'n'Stormy is missing just a tiny bit of sweetness.

Method

Fill the rocks glass halfway with ice and pour on ginger beer. Carefully pour in the rum so it stays on top. Lastly pour the grenadine, which will settle at the bottom. Add a straw and serve.
