Cocktail glass

4 Ingredients


Take a cream whipper and fill with freshly popped corn, fill the whipper with bourbon and charge with No2.
Leave to infuse for 3 hours, carfully release gas and fine strain the bourbon. This process will leave the bourbon with an amazing feshly popped popcorn taste.
Add all the ingredients to a boston shaker, shake hard then double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with popcorn.
