Method
How to make a Devil's Handshake

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
To make the ginger purée, simply add the required ginger into a food processor until puréed sufficiently
Then add to a cocktail shaker and all other ingredients without ice and shake for a few seconds
Add ice and re-shake for 10-15 seconds
Strain into a highball glass with ice
Garnish with a lime wedge and serve
