Method
How to make a Choco Cherry Kiss

Serves 1 · Takes 3 minutes
To make the tea sugar mixture: combine the black tea with hot sugar syrup
Leave this to steep for ten minutes to infuse the tea flavour, then strain to remove the tea leaves
Next combine this mixture with the vodka, cherry brandy and cream in a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake the mixture until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with some cinnamon powder and chocolate flakes and serve
