The Sky Bar Cosmopolitan

Back
8th January 2024

Now and again a cocktail comes along that just takes your breath away, with its great balance and mix of flavours. The other day someone bought into the office the recipe for The Sky Bar Cosmopolitan, and the drink hit the mark.
Its so good we felt like giving it its own blog article for the occasion.

We recently blogged about Some of the Worlds Best Bars, and the Sky Bar in Bangkok made that list. Described by the manager ... "Sirocco' Sky Bar is one of the world's highest al fresco bars so, as you can imagine, it has simply the most overwhelming views of Bangkok", and given 'Best for Wow Factor' in The Bartenders Book top 10 cocktails bars, its now on almost all of our staff's wishlists.

And the cocktail doesn't let it down.

Get mixing, sit back, stick on a breathtaking view on a widescreen HD TV and enjoy.

Bartender's top tip

Incorporating fresh herbs like mint, basil, or rosemary can add a new dimension to your cocktails. Spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, or even black pepper can also create intriguing and complex flavors. Muddle the herbs gently to release their oils without turning them bitter, or infuse them into simple syrups.
