One of the best things about online casinos is the fact that the drinks there are going to be so much cheaper, because you’re the one making them. If you are planning an online casino night, then you want to make everything perfect. Here are some of the best cocktail ideas for your night in, so you can get the full casino experience in the comfort of your own home.

Rise in Online Casino Nights

One of the new social phenoms has been the rise of social casino nights, where friends meet up and play casino games in person or via the modern take; online. A quick look at the some of the licensed slots websites like Betfree.ie show that most offer some type of game that is perfect for playing with a group. As you’d imagine, these nights often involve drinks with friends and as such, here’s what we recommend;

Poker Face

What could be better for a casino night than this thematically appropriate cocktail? This cocktail has a lot in common with the perennial Sex On The Beach, so if you love that you’ll love this.  Being so fruity, it’s an easy drink but make sure you don’t overdo it so you don’t think straight at the poker table.

To make this drink, take put four parts of pineapple juice, a splash of Cointreau, and one and a half parts of tequila.  Pour it all over ice, and start to finish. It’s an easy cocktail to prepare and one that you will love instantly.

Rhett Butler

Named after the famous gambler in Gone with the Wind, this makes this cocktail perfect for your next casino night. To make this cocktail, you will need one half measure of lime juice, half measure of lemon juice, a measure of orange Curacao, and half a measure of Southern Comfort.

Mix all those ingredients together in a mixing glass, then strain it over crushed ice in a high ball glass. Top it up with club soda, and then you can garnish it with a slice of orange sprig or a sprig of mint. It’s a great cocktail for the whiskey lovers out there, so make sure you give it a try.

Whiskey On The Rocks

Does this count as a cocktail? We certainly think so, and sometimes you need a break from the fruity drinks. Plus, whiskey on the rocks is a classic and having one in your hand will give you the full casino vibe, no matter where you are.

One of the best things about it is that it’s so easy to prepare. You just need your favourite whiskey, plus lots of ice cubes to fill up the glass, and then just pour yourself for shot or two. There’s a reason why whiskey on the rocks is one of the most commonly requested drinks at Vegas bars up and down the strip.

Vesper Martini

If you want a cocktail that really gives you that casino vibe, then the Vesper Martini is where it’s at. It’s James Bond’s drink of choice, making it something that feels very classy and perhaps a bit dangerous. The recipe, as given in the 1953 adaptation of Casino Royale, calls for three parts gin, one part vodka, and half a part of Kina Lillet.

Pardon the interruption

Did you know that you can become a member for free, taking your cocktail making skills up to level 11. You can save your My Bar ingredients, make tasting notes, have personalised Tried and Want to try lists and more.

The only problem with this drink is that the final ingredient has been discontinued for quite a while now. Instead, you can substitute Cocchi Americano to make your very own Bond approved Martini. Pour this drink with extra ice, and of course, stir it rather than shake it.

Havana Beach

Havana Beach was famous for their amazing hotels and casinos back in the day, so of course there is a cocktail named after it. If you are planning an online casino night, why not give it a try?

Make this cocktail, you need to measures of pineapple juice, one measure of white rum, a teaspoon of sugar, half a fresh lime, and some ginger ale.  The line and mix it with the pineapple juice, rum and shove it in a blender. For the mixture into a high ball glass, and top it off with that ginger ale.

Casino Cocktail

Yes, they’re really is a cocktail named Casino Cocktail out there. Because of this, you’ve got to give it a try when you’re next enjoying an online casino night. It would be rude not to, right?

To make this drink, you just need to mix gin, lemon juice, some sugar, and any seltzer you have to hand. You can adjust the amount of sugar in the drink depending on how much sweetness you prefer summer and then just serve it in a Martini glass.

Lady Luck

There is clearly an abundance of casino themed cocktails out there, and this one is one of the tastiest out there. If you are hoping to have a little bit extra luck on your side when you are betting on the live blackjack tables, then this is the cocktail you should be making.

To make the Lady Luck, you will need gin, St. Germain, pear or elderflower nectar, lemon juice, and grapefruit.

Now you have some great ideas for casino themed cocktails for your next casino night. They all offer you something different, so try one that sounds good to you when you are enjoying the games.
