My own invention. I had some Talenti Gelatto and looked through the cupboard for an alcoholic re-creation. Here it is.
Method
Add vodka and chocolate liqueur to a shaker with ice, and shake briskly until frosty. Drizzle caramel syrup under the rim of the glass until it begins to run down inside, wet the glass rim and crust with coarse ground sea salt. Pour the liquid into the glass and garnish with grated dark chocolate, then serve.
