Forest Distillery
From humble beginnings in 2014, when Lindsay and Karl Bond began home distilling with foraged botanicals from Macclesfield Forest, the Forest Distillery has grown to international acclaim. Relocating to the iconic Cat & Fiddle in the Peak District, their gin has won two double-gold medals at the San Francisco Spirit Awards and is now featured in the world’s finest bars and restaurants. Despite this growth, they remain a small, independent distillery, continuing to use traditional methods and locally foraged ingredients to ensure the fresh, natural flavors in every bottle.
